Report Errors
Various and efficient management methods have been explored and executed to actively use national property as a financial profit source and for public purpose. However, the decrease in national property due to passive management and problems revealed in the system of management organization brought about the need to review overall. The duty to manage and dispose national property was committed to the local governments, but it was mainly changed into disposal-focused management for financial revenue. Finally the government newly explored efficient management of national property by authorities and local governments and expanded management subjects to private consignors such as the Korea Asset Management Corporation and the Korea Land and house Corporation. Although the expansion of consignment management has greatly contributed to the increase in financial profits, standardized management procedures, and prevention against unauthorized occupancy, it has revealed the lack of professionality and problems of organizational system. Therefore this study suggested the methods to expand the Korea Cadastral Survey Corporation which has both professionality and organization as a private consignor for more efficient use and management of general property of national property.
