This study was undertaken to investigate the digital library usage patterns and satisfaction issues of foreign students studying in Korea for the purpose of suggesting the multicultural services of university digital library. This survey is conducted with 30 chinese students in Korea universities including questionnaire and group interview about library materials, reference services, linguistic services, information literacy services, general portal issues of their university digital libraries. Survey results show that foreign students have not satisfied to use their library services as a whole. Findings suggest that foreign students want to be offered a specialized library outreach program such as collecting various reference books written korean and native language, reference services and web pages with native language, information literacy education and all.
