The study is focused on leaving no stones unturned to lead gambling industry to the proper role as a leisure sports and to settle the gambling industry as a sound leisure culture as well as to build up the long-term plan to decrease the malfunction of gambling industry.
The result of this study indicated that gamble industry as a sound leisure sport might include the followings. First, the best method to activating the gambling industry is strengthening the public activities which could enlightens the affirmative image betterment. Second. control to promote of gambling spirit and legal enlargement of batting system. Third, Develops the program which is various embosses an entertainment element with family, children. Fourth, development of the place for public leisure sport facility and education at outside the ticket agency. fifth, efficient control and expanded support by the government.
The gambling industry contributes to improve the social welfare, the life quality of local people, and the local economics. It is strongly required to make policy and plan carefully by the government to lead a role of soundness leisure sport business.
