A taxi had executed a key role as a passenger transportation measure, but now its demand is being smaller because of subway and private cars etc. It becomes more necessary to improve airport taxi's service along the complaint of taxi users at airport, in thetime of that Inchon airport is to jump up to the hub airport of northeast Asia in 21c. before its 5th anniversary.
At this time that the improvement of service of airport taxi is needed, this study has purpose as below, which is study of airport taxi system. First, this surveyed present's service condition of taxi industry and the status of general taxi and airport taxi, so that Inchon international airport can step up to the hub airport of northeast Asia.
Second, its improvement will increase more foreign tourist, and so both tour revenue and income will increase greatly.
Third, its improvement can answer to the Halyoow fever of southeast asia, which can increase national competitive power.
Fourth, its improvement can make taxi a high class transportation measure.
