This thesis's aim is to study about the formal characteristics and significance in Park In-Ro' s Poems. We can confirm that he used an authentic precedent and same or similar articulate and a similar forming method, a deputy speaker in his Sijo(時調) and Gasa(歌辭) works to express the formal characteristics as the effusion of the universal ideology. We know that he tried to represent his contemporary history directly through these formal characteristics, not a simple technique of creation.
He used the formal characteristics as an authentic precedent and same or similar articulate and a similar forming method, a deputy speaker is because he was a pioneer. He wrote many works extemporary because of demands and orders by his associated people in their party, and his Sijo and Gasa satisfied them. He is called as a 'Seongaja(A talented Singer)' because he composed adaptive works very fast at their demands or in their atmosphere, not used an up-to-date or personality, poetical idea. Also a deputy speaker against people demanded works tell about an universal or natural contents is just themselves to hold their position as an upper classes.
