The purpose of this article is to examine why Korean pastors are easily burnout and propose the biblical and constructive solution to overcome it. Korean pastors are in crisis because of the following reasons; 1) continuous demands without any proper compensation, 2) not vivid results in their ministry, 3) excessive ministry tasks, 4) the attitude of devaluing of rest, 5) low payment. This study is suggests several ways to improve the emotional and spiritual dilemma caused by the burnout. First, pastors need to reconfirm the calling from God. Second, they need to empower others by the team ministry. Third, they need to monitor the network and strengthen it. Forth, they need to reserve the margin physically, emotionally and spiritually.
