The basic parameter of a higher educational institution is quality of preparation of students, their demand on a labor's market. In work the basic making models of the expert, such as the professional and socially-psychological, creative and personal qualities of the person defining it of ability to work on conditions of market attitudes are considered, achieving the results adequate to requirements of public and scientific and technical progress. The methodology of optimum development of requirements to the graduate of high school consists not only in the account of approaches and sights of spheres of higher education and professional work of the expert, not only in integrated reflection of the general and specific features of the modern worker of a techno sphere, but also in the account of all communications of the person of the professional with a society, an environment and professional sphere. And knowledge should be means of education, and this knowledge needs to be given a humanitarian and humanistic orientation. At modular training development of knowledge, skills occurs by means of special system of didactic forms, methods and the means modeling the subject maintenance of the future professional work. In modular training movement of activity of the student from educational to professional, connected with transformation of needs, motives, the purposes, subject actions and acts, means of a subject and results is set.
