Medical law is concerned the medical act for patient by doctor and public health law includes non medical professional, the management of public health services and the role of law for public health maintenance as well as medical act. Public health law system is connected to the operation of public health organization as well as the restricted relationship between clinical doctor and patient. The relationship between patients and health care professionals is based largely on the trust that the latter are competent. Membership of the profession should indicate a level of training and expertise which enables the public to rely on the skill of the practitioner. This depends on the efficacy of the bodies which regulate the professions. In the past the regulation of professionals is completed by the professional authority and autonomy. But nowadays health care professionals are demanded the responsibility for the public. British medical care is financed largely by National Health Service. NHS internal market is introduced to overcome the problem of NHS. We can't conclude about the good outcome of NHS internal market. On the contrary the harmony between professionals autonomy and public regulation is a desirable thing.
