This manuscript considered how the earthquakes at Husimi region of Kyoto in July 1596, affected foreign relations of Toyotomi administration which was in power at that time. Husimi earthquakes happened at Kyoto, the center of government at the end of Toyotomi administration, and therefore its impact was fatal, leading Hideyosi to a political crisis. Due to broad scale of Husimi earthquakes, from Kyoto to Husimi, Osaka and Sakai, it resulted roughly thousands to millions of people to death.
Also the earthquakes, one of natural disasters, occurred when Hideyosi died from sickness. Together with the Hidetusu incident, it created fermentation, indication of rebellion, and society confusion.
Demand to withdraw Japanese troops from Korea at Treaty, which was proceeding among Japan, China and the Ming- dynasty and the fact that they could not get economic profits through trade caused the war.
However, the manuscript emphasized facts that not only an aggressive war have gone for nothing due to the earthquakes but also even though the domestic situation was unsettled, they attacked Korea again in order to keep his power In government.
