The purpose of this study focused on influence of Kmdo training to job satisfaction. Subjects of this study are 200 people(male; 169, female;31) who are participate in Kumdo training in Kumdo center, university circle and association of like-minded persons through Daegu Metropolitan City and Gyeongsangbuk-Do Area.
Results of the study present as follow;
1, Value of Kumdo training is body, mentality, morality order.
2, Age and education level present no difference. However, mentality value of female present high and body value of married person is also high. In the case of Professional, body, mentality, morality present the highest value compare to non-professional occupation. Value of body and mentality depend on training period.
3, Occupational satisfaction of Kumdo trainer presents high level in social relation and work satisfaction.
4, Almost of subjective want to continue Kumdo training and highly educated person want to training during the life, - especially response from some people who participates over 3 years training present 100% desiring for life time training.
5, Increase of physical and mental value through Kumdo training result in increase of work satisfaction.
6, Increase of physical and mental value through Kumdo training is important factors to increase of social relationship. Increase of physical and social value through Kumdo training is factor to satisfy promotion system. Mental and social value presents to affect work.
