The purpose of this study was to investigate the coach's job satisfaction in types of sports and categories. Subjects for this study were 163 individual and 112 team sport coaches according to categories. Categories consist of elementary school(88), middle and high school(98), and university and genera1(89) sports team coaches; total subject of this study were 275 coaches. Job satisfaction were measured by Chung's Job satisfaction Questionnaire. The means and standard deviations of Job satisfaction factors with respect to the sport types and categories were computed. Two-way ANDVA was conducted to test the influences of Job satisfaction factors with respect to the sport types and categories.
The results of the study were as the followings :
1. Working satisfaction of coaches on types of sports were that, group sports coaches were more higher than individual sports coaches in working environment, free of intend-decide, human relations and recognition.
2. Working' satisfaction of coaches on categories were that, all showed a similar level.
