Since 1910’s many Introductory Book of Literary Theory was published in Korea. Lee Kwang-su, Choi du-seon, An Hwak presented their articles on the introductory of literary conceptions for the Korean modernization movement in 1910’s.
After then, in 1940’s, Kim Ki-rim, Park Young-hee, Hong Hyo-min, Zoh Yong-man, Kim Dong-ni, Zoh Yeon hyun have published their individual books of the introduction of literature for the literary readers and students.
But their books were described with the western theoretic viewpoint, especially with the English literary theory.
In particuary, their fundamental theory or conceptions that of noted in the book are almost from Japanese translated books.
But more gradually, the author of literary theory were changed with their view point to the extended and supplemented direction.
Two dominant authors, Baek Chul and Choi Jae-seo have published their 『Introduction to the Literature』,『文學槪論』and『文學原論』in severally.
