Urban space has designed recklessly without considering their own history and cultural character. Therefore the city has been losing humanism, regionalism and historical nature, so it caused various environment and urban problems. To deal with those problems, various practical uses are needed based on the study about environment conservation.
This thesis has an aim to activate the inhabitants, to preserve the historic environment which can be developed as the image of the region, and to plan to build the museum where they study and educate. The existing way of conservation emphasized on the aspect of urban plan and on consolidating. But this plan, beginning at the urban planning approach, presented the way to solve the task of construction. This plan will be applied differently in accordance with the historical environment of the region, and, ultimately, it will contribute to present the various ways to preserve the historical environment of the region.
