This study specially focuses on the Law Concerned with Knowledge Information Resources(『知識情報資源管理法』(2000) and the Korean History Information Unification System(韓國歷史統合情報System).
According to my analysis and appraisal, the Law concerned with Knowledge Information Resources has several points at issue in spite of its importance and meaning.
Above all, the Law concerned with Knowledge Information Resources and the project of Knowledge Information are proceeding under the absolute Government initiative. In other words, the division of labor and cooperation are needed.
The Korean History Information Unification System Project, one of the Five Strategic DB Project based on the Law concerned with Knowledge Information Resources, have met several points at isuue.
I think that the Government needs to improve and amend the Law concerned with Knowledge Information Resources from now on. In the process of improvement and amendment of the Law and Project, the Government has to take the opinion and critics of Huaman Scientsists as seriously as possible.
