It is important for housing policy to promote the housing level by the reasonalbe housing supply and adjustment of housing demand, in a viewpoint of the distribution of national resource and maintenance of social over head capital. The purpose of this study is to understand the housing policy of Korea with other advanced nation and specially, find the reasonable direction of housing policy considering an effectiveness of housing supply for the low income people.
