This study used a total of 417 copies of the sample as a way to secure the sustainable growth and development potential of kiosk-related food service companies at a time when the use of kiosks is increasing in domestic food service companies. As a result of hypothesis verification, it was found that among the characteristics of the kiosk, the factors of reliability, playability, and usefulness had a significant effect on the attitude of use. It was found that the attitude of use had a significant effect on the intention to continue using. The mediating effect of the attitude of use on the relationship between the characteristics of the kiosk and the intention to continue using showed mediating effects in reliability, playability, and usefulness. As a result of the moderating effect of familiarity on the relationship between the characteristics of the kiosk and the attitude of use, the high group showed a significant moderating effect of familiarity in reliability and usefulness, and the low group showed a moderating effect of familiarity in playability. A moderating effect of familiarity was derived from the influencing relationship between the attitude of use and the intention of continuous use. As an implication, in order to increase the attitude of use of the kiosk, it is necessary to establish a kiosk of a food service company that is time saving, payment processing convenience, and order convenience by accepting the kiosk processing capacity, transaction environment, order, and customer feedback reliably.
