The purpose of this study was to explore the integrated life cycle access path between training centers, majoring courses, customized training centers, universities, and lifelong education centers for persons with developmental disabilities. The method of this study used a procedure that combined discussion-based FGI and team tasks by selecting employment services and lifelong education experts for persons with developmental disabilities. The contents of the study were explored based on the perspective and background that they could achieve the completion and generalization of independent life in adulthood when connections between related organizations were actively implemented based on the integration of each field on the life cycle approach path for persons with developmental disabilities. As a result of the study, the life cycle approach path for persons with developmental disabilities was designed in stages such as basic assessment, exploration and planning, implementation, and evaluation in terms of completion and generalization of independent life in adulthood. In addition, various standards and strategies were presented for the connection and cooperation between training centers, majors, customized training centers, universities, and lifelong education centers for persons with developmental disabilities corresponding to related institutions in each field. The procedures and contents for each related organization for persons with developmental disabilities to jointly complete the transition to adulthood, independence of adult housing and daily life, independence of vocational life in adulthood, social integration in adulthood, and generalization of independence in adulthood were presented comprehensively at the level and context of the integrated life cycle approach path. Through the results of the study, it was concluded and discussed that an integrated management system within and between fields based on the life cycle approach path for persons with developmental disabilities should be actively reflected in the current related organizations.
