Shakespeare’s works contain biblical and theological content and ideas. Brecht defined his works as a kind of collective creation and a combination of the knowledge and culture of the era. In particular, among his works, “Hamlet” contains the ideas of Martin Luther, a religious reformer who shook British society. Through this work, the author attempted to present a reformative human type who would live in the era of the Reformation to contemporary British people. The author’s intention was expressed in the work through “Hamlet, a University student at Wittenberg,” “emphasis on the inner self,” “argument about clothing,” “the eternity of God,” and “argument of radical reform.”
