This study aims to explore a roadmap on the performance capabilities of lifelong education professional qualifications for persons with developmental disabilities, and to explore the integrated training structure of professional manpower between fields through the roadmap. For the purpose of the above study, a group of experts in the field of lifelong education research for PDDs was selected as participants, and FGI was constructed in the research method. The background and basis of the study were established in that the perspective of independent life based on a life-cycle approach for PDDs could be validated in terms of integration between fields. Since the lifelong education field also reflects the life cycle independent life for PDDs as the main outcomes, the contents of the study were explored in terms of being able to properly develop and cultivate the qualifications of lifelong education professionals through integration with the welfare and employment fields. As a result of the study, the qualification performance capabilities of lifelong education professionals for PDDs were derived based on the systems (ISP, ILEP, IESP, and IRSP) established by field. In addition, in order to increase the possibility of realistically introducing the competency of lifelong education professionals for PDDs, detailed jobs that could be integrated with the current lifelong educator qualifications were also presented. Next, based on the above roadmap, a training structure was presented in terms of the application plan that could equally integrate and approach lifelong education professional qualifications for PDDs by field. Finally, it was discussed that the qualifications of lifelong education professionals based on life cycle customized demand for PDDs could be developed through a comprehensive analysis and intervention of the system between fields.
