The purpose of the study was to explore ways to build a supportive platform for helping people of talent in sport sector to enable themselves to go abroad. In order to achieve this purpose of the study, in-depth interviews were conducted with persons who wish to have her or his career abroad in sport sector. Expert meetings were also employed as research methods. As a result of this study, three core contents and four foundation projects were suggested as elements of the aforementioned platform. The three core contents were 1) tailored career development consulting service; 2) global competence strengthening program; 3) global sport knowledge and information database. On the other hand, the four foundation projects were 1) building a place for human networking in the field; 2) public-private partnership for providing an overseas internship, training, and learning; 3) fostering sport entrepreneurship in global context; 4) online-based global job matching system. The limitation of this study and the suggestion for future research were also mentioned.
