In this study, to learn the reality of school physical education facility opening business, it sought to challenge the future based on that fact. For this purpose, by using snowball sampling of non- probability sampling, four PE teachers, an administrative officer and five sports club hobbyists using sports facilities were selected as research participants. Participant observation, in-depth interview data were collected and the collected data were analyzed by text analysis. The results are as follows. The contents of the realities of school physical education facility opening business, first, ''monopolization'' such as priority monopoly of a club because of lack of individual opening, second, utilization of deviant facilities of users, ''absence of management'' by the basic order collapse around school, the third, ''poor publicity system'', and fourth, ''lack of diversification of facilities and aging'' ,etc. were identified. As for the following tasks, first, shortening the contract period, expanding the individual opening, and ''sharing'' through utilization as an open space, second, establishing user manuals, establishing a facility management system, and ''protecting the right to education'' by actively cooperating with users, the third, establish systems to promote, fourth, ''building a utilization system'' ,etc. were sought.
