As awareness and interest in cruise tourism have increased due to economic development and tourism industry development around the world, demand for marine passenger terminals that connect sea roads at home and abroad has begun to increase since 2010. As travel was banned due to the outbreak of COVID-19 in 2019, the demand gradually decreased, and now it is being used again as the impact of COVID-19 has decreased. However, contrary to expectations, it is not actively operating, and domestic passenger terminals are used only for transportation. Overseas, there is a trend to attract tourists through smooth movement to tourist destinations by combining not only transportation and passengers, which are functions of passenger terminals, but also cultural facilities. Many studies related to marine passenger terminals have been published so far on scale calculation and cruise ships, and internally, the linkage analysis of each facility function is insufficient. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to examine the overall matters of the marine passenger terminal construction of the marine passenger terminal.
