The purpose of this study is to examine factors influencing the intention and behavior of users on an online visual arts web content platform using a technology acceptance model. This technology acceptance model is a quantitative research methodology, which involves quantifying data and utilizing statistical techniques to understand patterns and relationships among the research subjects. To analyze the proposed research model and hypotheses, a survey was conducted offline. Based on this, applying the technology acceptance model for visual arts experts revealed the following results on the adoption of the visual arts web content platform. Firstly, technological proficiency was found to influence attitude and intention to use. Secondly, perceived usefulness was found to influence attitude. When users perceive the value they can gain from using the platform, they are likely to exhibit a positive attitude towards accessing the visual arts web content platform. Thirdly, perceived ease of use was found to influence attitude. Fourthly, occupation was found to influence attitude. Fifthly, attitude was found to influence intention to use, and sixthly, technological proficiency was found to influence intention to use. This study aimed to propose a research model for interdisciplinary research by examining the relationships between variables related to IT technology and visual arts web content platforms. However, the act of human choice can be influenced not only by rational decisions but also by individual qualitative factors. Therefore, it is deemed appropriate to incorporate qualitative research methods such as interviews to reflect the qualitative factors of visual artists in the results. Thus, in future research, by setting various occupations and variables, a more in-depth and continuous study is expected to contribute to the theoretical foundations and academic achievements regarding factors influencing the intention to adopt visual arts web content platform services. Therefore, the studies utilized in this research are expected to serve as foundational research for future studies.
