This study investigates the characteristics of collective theater practiced by Nottle, a resident theater company at Huyong Elementary School. Employing a concurrent analysis of literary data and interviews with Nottle"s core members, the research explores the potential of regionally-based collective theater to invigorate artistic production. Findings suggest that collective theater fosters a highly effective and streamlined approach to theatrical creation. In the case of the Nottle Theater Company, the research confirms the production of high-quality works through their collaborative approach. By examining Nottle, this study underscores the efficacy and efficiency of collective theater in theatrical creation, highlighting its significant contribution to enhancing the quality of finished plays.
