This study was about the effect of entrepreneurship on corporate sustainability factors. The sample was open data for companies that had participated in the social performance incentive (SPC) of the Social Enterprise Research Institute for the past two consecutive years, and the number of samples were 224. Empirical analysis was performed using SPSS 28.0.1.1 and SmartPLS 4.0.9.5. As a result of the study, entrepreneurship had a significant positive effect on corporate competition and customer orientation. Competition and customer orientation had a positive effect on corporate financial and social performance, and it had mediated the effect of entrepreneurship on management performance. In particular, customer orientation had acted as a complete parameter, showed that social enterprises generally had provided social services related to their original business field was different from general corporate social contribution (CSR). Similar topics had been studied in various previous studies, but the results were often positive or negatively inconsistent, so We had tried to prove this with only the latest sample survey data among data that had been verified and continuously repeated. The limitation of this study was that it had been analyzed with a qualitative aspect of financial performance recognition in measuring financial performance, considering that it was limited to SPC-supported companies and that the actual financial status of companies has deteriorated over the past three years due to the influence of COVID-19. In the future, I think it would be possible to generalize the research results through research that investigates and analyzes quantitative and qualitative aspects in a complex manner.
