This paper presents a novel position technique resolving model-plant mismatches originated from the servo motor parameter and load variations. The proposed solution combines the Active Disturbance Rejection Control (ADRC) and order reduction techniques. The specially structured feedback gains eliminates the increased order by the integral action, involving the active damping terms in the feed-forward loop. The simulations based on the MATLAB/Simulink verifies the effectiveness of the proposed solution, compared with the conventional ADRC equipped with well-tuned design parameters.
