The purpose of this study is to understand the relationship between job calling consciousness and job identity of college students majoring in military science and the moderating effect according to health physical fitness perception. To this end, 300 college students majoring in military science were expressed through a random sampling method, conducted using a self-written questionnaire method, and 277 copies that were error-verified were finally used to meet the research purpose. For statistical analysis, multi-group differences were analyzed through descriptive statistical analysis and structural equation model analysis using Windows SPSS 25.0 and Amos 25.0 Programs. As a result of the analysis, in the case of Research Hypothesis I, among the sub-factors of job calling consciousness, transcendent calling affects job identity, pro-social tendencies affect job identity, and purpose and meaning affect job identity. In the case of Research Hypothesis II, there was found that there was a significant difference between the two groups with a high and low degree of health physical awareness in the path of pro-social tendencies on job identity. As a result, it is expected to help develop military science education programs that provide an opportunity to improve the health and physical strength of college students majoring in military science and strengthen job calling consciousness and professional identity.
