Literature and painting have been enjoyed in an intertextual and complementary relationship. The tradition of interdisciplinary appreciation of literature and painting is linked to the learner-directed process of literary inquiry in literary education. However, interdisciplinary appreciation of literature and painting is challenging in the current state of literature education. This is because it is difficult for learners who are not skilled at drawing to appreciate literature and painting while drawing. In this respect, the Diffusion Model can help learners who are not talented in drawing to understand and recreate literature and painting in an integrated manner. In addition, in the process of creating images, they can develop a deeper understanding of classical works. Through this, learners will be able to improve their creative thinking and interdisciplinary thinking to meet the needs of the artificial intelligence era.
