This study was conducted for the children who have experienced the earthquake in Nepal using sand play therapy. Also, the symbolic images, verbal and non-verbal expressions were analyzed by analytical psychology. The sand play therapy was conducted three times for 45 minutes for 15 days. During the therapy, the topics that were commonly appeared were categorized. Then, the research topics that appeared in the sand play therapy sessions were divided into topics of wound and healing based on the analysis of the Mitchell & Friedman's sand play topics. Results of the study are as follows; 1) The five categorized topics in the sand play therapy sessions of the children who have experienced the earthquake in Nepal were the expression of the seismic trauma, salvation, God, struggle, and death. 2) The topics were analyzed with wound and healing in the sand play therapy sessions. The topics of wound were expressed the earthquake with destruction, threats, and death. Therefore, this study has signification to define analytically that the sand play therapy affected and helped the children who have experienced the earthquake in Nepal for healing their trauma.
