The purpose of this study is to verify the substantial impact of existing criminological theories on cyberbullying of adolescent. the most existing studies related to cyberbullying have been verified by applying fragmentary theory. But, crime is a product of the interaction between various factors, and thus there is a limit for explaining it in just one theory. In addition, though the importance of cyberbullying prevention education, this is the situation that quantitative access is nonexistent. In order to compensate the defect of previous studies and understand cyberbullying more widely, this study includes the factors of "Attachment", "Commitment", "Involvement", "Belief" on a social bond theory, and "Presentation of Negative Stimuli" on a general strain theory, and "Cyberbullying Prevention Education" for policy proposal as independent variables. While, the dependent variable was set up as victimization and offending experience of cyberbullying because of reflecting the feature of cyberbullying which overlaps the perpetrator and the victim. This study utilized a secondary data collected by the National Information Society Agency, and examined the hypotheses using the method of Negative Binomial Regression because dependent variable has a Possion’s distribution of overdispersion. Furthermore, the marginal effect was used to interpret the findings clearly. According to the results of this study, the factors such as more negative emotions, less social bond, and less cyberbullying prevention education cause the more experience on both victimization and offending of cyberbullying. Therefore, it should be needed that expansion of youth's anger management program and reinforcement of cyberbullying prevention education, in order to prevent both cyberbullying victimization and offending. However, despite these meaningful findings, this study has the following limitations. First, temporal order of cyberbullying victimization and offending was not considered due to the use of secondary data. Also, it did not include a social learning theory which one of the most important theories explaining the juvenile delinquency. And, the variable of "Cyber Bullying Prevention" has a limit on verifying its effectiveness because it was measured in nominal variable.
