Cyberbullying has become a significant problem among adolescents. Cyberbullying defined as repeated and deliberate harm inflicted through the way of electronic text. During adolescence, Many cyberbullying behavior are influenced by family, school, friends. The goal of the current research is to identify influence factors associated with cyberbullying behavior depending on adolescent phase by analyzing self-report questionnaires from 11,964 adolescents. Logistic regression analysis was applied to find influence factors based on four dimensions-individual, family, school, delinquent peer. The results of analysis are as follows. Firstly, the influence factors of initial adolescent are sex, educational achievement level, mobile phone using hours, delinquent peer. In terms of middle adolescent cyberbullying behavior, sex, mobile phone using hours, family, school, delinquent peer are influence factors. The influence factors of the latter adolescent cyberbullying behavior are sex, internet using hours, mobile phone using hours, delinquent peer. Interestingly, delinquent peer factor is influential on cyberbullying behavior of all adolescent phase. And family and school factors are only influential on middle adolescent cyberbullying behavior. Based on these results, we have verified preventive policies.
