Servant leadership is devoted to the changable organization's environment in order to satisfy a focus on service-oriented employees and customers communicate with others sharing community as a priority of their needs. In this paper, in order to present a new paradigm in Christian ethics and social organizations in order to refocus its leadership in sociological perspective leadership of service to serve the community as a sociological further changes to propose a new paradigm of organization’s order and organization’s ethics that leads to social changes the development of a community in assumptions. Servant leadership is respected as human beings dignity and worth of the load and can be defined as that awakens their creative ability, belief in the dignity and worth of all people and leaders of power can be said to based leadership from the democratic principle. Therefore, It will be served throughout the altruistic and inclusive society through the practical value of the Christian ethics.
