연구목적 본 연구는 뉴 노멀시대 융합보안 산업의 발전 방향과 전망에 대해 규명하는데 주된 목적이 있다. 연구방법 본 연구는 2022년 1월부터 2022년 2월까지 각 보안 분야에서 10년 이상 활동 중인 전문가를 중심으로 심층면담분석기법을 적용하여 질적 연구를 진행하였다. 결과 첫째, 뉴 노멀시대 융합보안에 대한 인식은 융합보안은 미래의 핵심사업, 연구소 R&D 개발 등 통합된 보안, 산업의 융합화로 노출된 위협을 보호하는 활동 및 기술 등으로 인식하였다. 둘째, 뉴 노멀시대 융합보안 산업의 전개 방향으로 공공기관의 융합보안센터 설립, 연구개발인 R&D 단계부터 보안 분야 추가, 물리보안과 정보보안 기술의 통합솔루션 개발 등의 요인이 도출되었다. 셋째, 융합보안 산업의 글로벌 역량을 위해서는 국가 주도 융합보안 컨트롤 타워 설립, 혁신기술 개발 위한 벤처기업 투자 및 육성, 기업의 보안 분야 강화를 위한C-level조직의 역량이 뒷받침 등의 요인이 도출되었다. 넷째, 융합보안 산업의 정책적 방향은 융합기술발전에 따른 ICT융합산업 보안기준 수립 및 시험?평가방법 개발, 융합보안 전문 인력 양성, 국가차원 융합보안검증센터 설립, 기업 및 연구소에 융합보안 전문가 필수 채용, 블록체인 접목한 보안기술 개발 등의 요인이 도출되었다. 다섯째, 융합보안 산업 강화를 위한 정부지원 방향은 정보통신망법 개정, 중소기업 및 지역 지원체계 구축, 의무교육 보안교과 편성, 산업기술 인력유출 방지 방안 구축 등의 요인이 도출되었다. 결론 융합보안 산업은 미래에 신 안보차원에서 매우 중요하기 때문에 국가차원 적극적인 지원책이 필요하다.

PURPOSE The main purpose of this study is to investigate the direction and prospects of the development of the convergence security industry in the New Normal era. METHOD This study conducted a qualitative study from January 2022 to February 2022 by applying in-depth interview analysis techniques centering on experts who have been active in each security field for more than 10 years. RESULT First, the perception of convergence security in the New Normal Era was derived from integrated security such as core businesses in the future, R&D development in research institutes, and activities and technical factors that protect threats exposed by convergence of industries. Second, factors such as the establishment of a convergence security center by public institutions, addition of security from the R&D stage, and integrated solution development of physical security and information security technology were derived. Third, factors such as establishing a state-led convergence security control tower, investing and fostering venture companies to develop innovative technologies, and supporting the C-level organization's capabilities to strengthen the corporate security field were derived. Fourth, the policy direction of the convergence security industry was derived from factors such as establishing ICT convergence industry security standards and developing test and evaluation methods, training convergence security experts, establishing a national convergence security verification center, and developing blockchain-based security technology. Fifth, the direction of government support to strengthen the convergence security industry was derived from factors such as revising the Information and Communication Network Act, establishing a support system for SMEs(Small and medium sized Enterprises) and regions, organizing mandatory education security courses, and establishing measures to prevent the outflow of industrial technology personnel. CONCLUSION Since the convergence security industry is very important at the level of new security in the future, active support measures are needed at the national level.
