The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of memo-based job analysis activities linked to the production of video materials on the university cleaning job skills of high school students with ASD. Three high school students attending a special school for emotional disorders were selected as participants. The experimental environment consisted of a seminar room and a cleaning job office in the university, and was used as an environment for intervention and evaluation. For the study design, a multiple probe design across participants in a single subject research suitable for specific intervention and effectiveness verification of the three selected participants was used. As for the independent variable, the production procedure of video materials was constructed in which participants went to the cleaning office in the university, directly observed the job performance of the cleaner, and then took videos. In connection with this, an intervention procedure was established in which participants watched and referenced video materials produced in the seminar room in the university to note the tools and contents of the university’s cleaning job skills and compose a job analysis table. The dependent variable is defined as the performance of participants directly cleaning the hallway using an electronic mop around the university building, and was composed of the same level of performance as the cleaning cleaner who usually works at the university. In addition, the job analysis of the dependent variable was organized in the process of producing video materials directly by participants, and the final job analysis task was constructed to reflect the results of the job analysis of the three participants in data collection and measurement. As a result of the study, it was found that participants effectively acquired and generalized university cleaning job skills through memo-based job analysis activities linked to the production of video materials. Through this, it was concluded that memo-based job analysis activities linked to the production of video materials composed as part of regional reference intervention were effective in university cleaning job skills requiring behavioral demonstrations.
