Sinan-ri Neolithic site is located in 212-2 Sinan-ri Daegot-myeon, Gimpo-si. This Neolithic site has been excavated from 2017. On movember 10, 2022, this investigation and excavation are open to the researcher on the cultural content, prehistoric remains, etc. and also to the public. Gimpo-si should restore the remains of Neolithic settlement to preserve and make use of this cultural relics.
So this study would suggest three plans to create and increase the cultural value of this prehistoric settlements. Aa the first plan, we would emphasize the importance of this prehistoric remains. Because we ought to preserve this neolithic remains for future generation. For this first plan, Gimpo-si should conserve this historic remains not to damage it. But to create the cultural value, many people should have a experience to see, learn and make this historic and cultural relics such as pottery, stone tools etc. For this experience as the second plan, Gimpo-si would have to make the neolithic museum in which the visitor including the students and children could look a display of the well preserved remains and participate various cultural and educational programs. If Gimpo-si would increase this cultural value, they should the third plan into consideration. That is to connect this neolithic site with the surrounding areas: Deokpojin as cultural heritage, Daemyeonghang as a port and tourist attraction, etc.
As a result, we would propose the third plan to Gimpo-si to make the historic and cultural value. In particular, the third plan would be possible to revive local economy as creating many different jobs and as becoming one of the most visited tourist attraction.
