The purpose of this study was to schedule spinning exercise for 50 minutes a day, 3 times a week, regardless of the day for a total of 8 weeks on convenient days in obese men with borderline hypertensive hypertension, and the effects on metabolic disease inducing factors and cardiorespiratory function. wanted to find out. Spinning exercise was conducted by dividing into the experimental group and the control group, and the following conclusions were made.
As a result of performing spinning exercise for 8 weeks, there were significant differences in all factors except for diastolic blood pressure and high-density cholesterol among metabolic disease-inducing factors, and it was found that there was an interaction effect. As a result of performing spinning exercise for 8 weeks, cardiorespiratory function (shuttle run) increased, showing a significant difference, and it was found that there was an interaction effect. As described above, spinning exercise was found to improve metabolic disease inducing factors in obese men with borderline hypertensive adults, and cardiorespiratory function was also improved. It is a form of exercise that relieves the burden on the joints of obese adult men based on voluntary participation through regular aerobic exercise, and improves systolic blood pressure through pedaling and various exercise movements while listening to light music during exercise. work out. In addition, continuous aerobic exercise is thought to have improved blood components and cardiorespiratory function among the factors of metabolic disease. It is thought that if these exercise programs are subdivided over a longer period of time and exercise intensity and time are implemented, obesity relief, blood pressure stabilization, and metabolic disease inducing factors will be improved.
