In this study, we reviewed the regulations related to attracting universities in the metropolitan area and the site conditions of the Gyeonggi Future Education Paju Campus, and proposed the establishment of a graduate university in Gyeonggi-do at the Gyeonggi Future Education Paju Campus as the first proposal for attracting the 4th Industrial Revolution University.
In order to attract a graduate university in Gyeonggi-do, it is necessary to ⅰ) organize a committee for establishment of a graduate university in Gyeonggi-do and ii) establish an education foundation to operate the graduate university. In the mid- to long-term, suggest a plan to attract the next-generation technology convergence center in northern Gyeonggi, which is dedicated to companies in northern Gyeonggi to transfer cutting-edge technology.
As a second plan for attracting universities for the 4th Industrial Revolution, a Gyeonggi-do university (plan) was proposed. In order to attract Gyeonggi-do union universities, Gyeonggi-do needs to raise about 50 billion won in financial resources. Gyeonggi-do, as the operating organization of the university, ⅰ) the "Regional Cooperation Committee", which is a deliberation and decision-making body, and ii) a dedicated organization (General Operation Center, University Education Innovation Headquarters, and teams by field), which are planning and execution bodies, are located on the Gyeonggi Future Education Campus. childishness.
