Due to the convenience of wearable devices, more and more consumers are looking for wearable devices. The design and fit are not as useful as commonly thought. The battery life is short. There are also problems with the leakage of personal information. However, high technology tends to be used continuously, although it is somewhat inconvenient at first. From this point of view, it is expected that the spread of wearable devices will continue. It is inconvenient for everyone when used for the first time. But if you keep using it, you get used to it. In the meantime, technology also changes to consumer-oriented. In this process, the perceived usefulness and ease of use of consumers also increase. It is expected that the time when the popular use of wearable devices increases dramatically will be faster than expected. This study examines the satisfaction with wearable devices and the intention to continue using them.
The results of the study are as follows. There was no effect of social support on perceived ease of use. However, perceived usefulness had a positive effect. Curiosity had a positive effect on both perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness. Hedonic motivation had a positive effect on perceived ease of use, but there was no effect on perceived usefulness. There was no effect on the perceived ease of health information orientation, but there was a positive effect on the perceived usefulness. Perceived ease had a positive effect on perceived usefulness and satisfaction. Perceived usefulness had a positive effect on satisfaction. Satisfaction had a positive effect on the intention to continue using.
