The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between sports organization culture and organizational silence targeting members of sports organizations. The purpose of this is to provide the basic literature data for organizational innovation.
In order to secure the basic data of the study, a preliminary survey was conducted with the members of a sports organization located in Gyeonggi-do from June 11, 2021 to July 20, 2022. After correcting and supplementing the problems in the questionnaire based on the results, this survey was conducted from May 29 to July 26, 2022. For sampling of study subjects, samples were extracted using the convenience sampling method during non-probability sampling. Excluding incomplete or incomplete questionnaires out of a total of 450 people, 401 questionnaires were used in this study.
The collected data used the statistical program SPSS 23.0 Version, and correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were performed to investigate the relationship between the organizational culture of the Potts organization and organizational aspiration. The specific research results derived through this research process are as follows: First, if we look at the relationship between resignation and silence between organizational culture and resignation in detail, the explanatory power (R²) explains 5.7% of the total variance (F=5.937), and there is no statistically significant effect. crazy Second, looking at the relationship between organizational culture and defensive silence, explanatory power (R²) explains 5.7% of the total variance (F=5.937), and has no statistically significant effect. Third, looking at the relationship between organizational culture and pro-social silence, explanatory power (R²) explains 8% of the total variance (F=8.586), and has a statistically significant effect at 0.1% level.
Lastly, in carrying out this study, it was insufficient to measure emotional responses in various situations by conducting research only through a quantitative approach. Therefore, follow-up studies such as qualitative research such as direct in-depth interviews with sports participants and observation methods are required.
