Objective: (CI) were increased because it can contribute to overall development including the speech-language development. The performance of CI is affected by not only an auditory condition but also various causes such as emotional, psychological and socioeconomical reasons. However, the performance is evaluated from the professional perspective, but user's view is insufficient. This study aims to provide the basic data for improving service quality in audiological rehabilitation by investigating overall satisfaction of CI user in everyday life. Method: For this study, 42-CI users were participated. They are 1 to 44 (mean; 12.2) years of age, and have used for at least 3 (7.91 ± 4.83) years. and have no physical and mental problems except for hearing loss. A survey consisted of 6 categories, 25 questionnaires, which can affect the performance. The survey was performed for 29 days using Google. Results and Conclusion: First, CI users show high satisfaction in overall aspects. Secondly, the quieter environment and the fewer speakers result higher satisfaction. Thirdly, auditory feedback of CI makes satisfaction of voice quality higher. Fourthly, farther distance from speaker and the direction of sound from reserved ear causes lower conversation satisfaction. Fifthly, lower performance observed at both indoor and outdoor noise. Sixthly, listening in school life and classes was average, however, the performance is relatively lower at seminar, listen to music which was suprasegmental constituent changes shortly and rapidly and English class.
