Recently, the number of one-person housing space in Korea has surged. Marriage rate decrease, first marriage age increase, single person increase, divorce rate increase, aging is becoming a social problem. Due to these social problems, one-person housing space became a common housing type. It is expected that the proportion will rise more steeply in the future. A one-person housing space with complex sociological specificity needs to be analyzed from a more objective perspective. This study investigated the contents of a single residential space from a fusion perspective about social, economic and cultural relations, life of human. The research data is based on research data by KERIS(Korea Education and Research Information Service) and Naver portal news. The analysis of the research is based on the text mining analysis method of big data concept through R programming. The scope of the reference literature was verified through expert advice, and then this study applied the key keyword of one-person housing space for data extraction of text mining analysis. This study is a fusion analysis research applying the research methodology of construction information technology to the culture - based residential space design field.
