This study analyzes the impact of student loans, the biggest source of debt for college graduates, on marriage and marriage expectations through the PSM and logistic regression. The data used is the 2015-2017 GOMS (Graduates Occupational Mobility Survey). PSM and the logistic regression was done using student loans as independent variable. Additionally, logistic regression was done using student loan types and student loan amounts as independent variables. Only those who had a marriage plan within the next three years were considered to have marriage expectations. The main results are as follows. First, the probability of marriage for college graduates with student loans was significantly lower compared to those without student loans. This effect is even more pronounced in marriage expectations. Second, upon examining student loan repayment conditions, only 'general repayment loans' had a significant effect on the probability of marriage. However, all types of student loans considered had a significant negative effect on marriage expectations.
