To examine the industrial utilization of Chungju-cultivated crab apple (M. pruniforia Borkh) as a functional material, cold-water (CW), hot-water (HW), and 70% ethanol (EtOH) extracts were prepared, and their antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activities were compared. Results of antioxidant activity showed that HW extract was significantly higher than other extracts. Also, total polyphenol content of HW was prominent level. In the meanwhile, EtOH extract exerted significant decreased TNF-α, IL-6 and NO levels compared with those of LPS-control group in LPS-induced inflammatory RAW 2^_@span style=color:#999999 ^_# ... ^_@/span^_#^_@a href=javascript:; onclick=onClickReadNode('NODE10669206');fn_statistics('Z354','null','null'); style='color:#999999;font-size:14px;text-decoration:underline;' ^_#전체 초록 보기^_@/a^_#
