Black raspberry (Rubus occidentalis; BR) has a considerable amount of polyphenols, which have been known to have protective activities against oxidative stress and inflammation. This study aims to identify and quantify polyphenols in BR using liquid chromatography coupled with electrospray-ionization triple quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry (LC-ESI-QTOF/MS) and high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).
