Astragalus membranaceus is a member of legume family. It has been used as a traditional medicine and reported as potential therapeutic effects including immunostimulant, antioxidative and antitumor properties. In this study, fourty triterpenoid saponins were analyzed from roots of Astragalus membranaceus using UPLC-DAD-QToF/MS. They are classified with cycloastragenol and cycloartane types.
