최근 우리 사회의 통합과 사회구성원의 편익을 강조하면서 농식품부에서는 2018년부터 ‘사회적 농업 활성화 사업’을 추진하고 있다. 사회적 농업은 사회적으로 배제된 이들을 통합하는 데 기여하는 농업 실천이라 정의할 수 있으며(KREI, 2017), 농업활동에 내재된 순기능을 복지서비스와 연계하여 농업의 공익적 가치를 국민들이 직접 체감할 수 있는 정책사업이라 하겠다. 정책사업이 기본 틀을 갖추고, 돌봄, 고용, 교육 등 다양한 서비스를 제공하는 가운데, 사회적 농업의 확산과 활성화를 위해서는 참여자의 수요를 충족하는 구체적 실천방법이 중요한 쟁점이 되겠다. 특히, 신체적, 정신적으로 장애가 있는 사람들의 참여를 장려하는 사회적 농업인 만큼 제공하는 서비스에 대한 세심한 배려와 질적 개선이 절실한 과제라 할 수 있겠다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 ‘18년부터 사회적 농업 활성화 사업을 추진하고 있는 농장 중 20개소에 대해 주요 체험활동과 이를 위한 시설현황을 살펴보고, 농장의 공간구성 및 핵심문제의 개선방안을 탐색하였다. 연구내용은 사회적 농장의 조성 및 운영특성, 체험활동별 시설이용현황을 파악하고, 시설유형별 문제점을 바탕으로 개선방안을 고찰하였다. 연구방법은 참여자 유형에 따라 사회적 농장 20개소를 선정하여 ^_@span style=color:#999999 ^_# ... ^_@/span^_#^_@a href=javascript:; onclick=onClickReadNode('NODE10561289');fn_statistics('Z354','null','null'); style='color:#999999;font-size:14px;text-decoration:underline;' ^_#View All^_@/a^_#
