This study conducted a narrative research to delve deeper into the experiences and meanings of Learning Village Activists. A Learning Village Activists is selected as a research participant and Activity records and in-depth consultations from September 2020 to March 2021 were collected and analyzed. As a result of Analysis, the story of the experience in the work of the learning village Activists showed "Starting with the bridge between the world and the inhabitants", "the burden and sense of achievement of the first village", "the outside of the village that cannot be crossed", and "giving back by sharing learning". In addition, the meaning of the experience of Learning Village Activists was analyzed as "desire for hot-hearted work", "growing with continuous learning", and ‘Representing the Voice of Learning Village Activists ". In conclusion, the meaning of the experience in the work of Learning Village Activists has been expanded as a self-involved actor with personal growth and this will be used as a basis for research in the field of Learning Village Activists. Various qualitative research methods for differences in career periods of learning village activists and the presence or absence of organizational careers were proposed as follow-up studies.
