This study analyses the relations between the communication style, the customer satisfaction, and the behavior intention. For the analysis of the research, a face-to-face questionnaire survey investigation had been carried out, with the customers who visited the real estate agencies during the recent 2 years while residing in Seoul, Busan, Daegu, and Incheon as the subjects. Investigating exploratory factors analysis, confirmatory factors analysis, and correlation analysis were conducted to analyze the concentration feasibility and reliability of measurement factors, analyze the potential variables and their feasibility, and verify the relationship and discrimination feasibility. The results of the hypothesis testing through a structural equation path analysis are as follows. First, all subvariants of communication style had a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Collaborative styles, professional styles, and reliable styles showed that the values of the path coefficients represent positive values, which had a positive impact on customer satisfaction. However, controlled styles have been shown to have a negative effect on customer satisfaction. Second, customer satisfaction had a significant effect on the behavior intention. The value of the path coefficient was shown as a positive value, confirming that a positive assessment of customer satisfaction had a significant effect on the behavioral intention. Third, the mediation effect of customer satisfaction in the relationship between communication style and behavioral intention was verified using bootstrapping method, which had a significant impact on the relationship between communication style and behavior intention.
