The purpose of this study is to seek ways to maximize the right consumption and environmental awareness of agricultural and food products and to propose detailed policies at the national level. Thus, the structural relationships between the buyer"s dietary lifestyle, consumer rights, and environmental awareness were verified. The samples used in the analysis were analyzed by the Korea Rural Economic Research Institute (KREI) on 2,103 females those who would like to buy agricultural products using the "2019 Food Consumption Behavior Survey." To summarize the results of the study, first, the analysis of the impact of dietary lifestyle on consumer rights showed a static impact relationship in order of healthy diet, traditional diet, safe diet, and convenient diet. Second, consumer rights awareness showed a significant impact on social environmental awareness. Third, in the analysis of dietary lifestyle and social environmental awareness, it was found that there was a positive effect on consumer environmental awareness in order of traditional diet, healthy diet, and safe diet. Convenient diet showed a negative (−) influence relationship. Therefore, this study suggests that there should be a need for national regulations and monetary support policies to promote the online sales of eco-friendly agriculture food with the propensity of people to pursue convenience, and to support the use of eco-friendly disposable products and packaging containers in restaurants. In addition, it provides the importance of compulsory early education to spread environmental awareness that consumption of eco-friendly food is beneficial to health and the environment.
