The purpose of this study was the analysis of content structure of technological knowledge education in mechanical field of the vocational school in Germany. As basic categories of technological knowledge in mechanical field, 6 subjects were identified : manufacturing and measuring technique, material technique, structure and function of machine(machine technique), controll and information technique, electric technique and technical communication. The main subject of the six subjects was manufacturing. But the main subject was shifted to the product oriented complex technology, according to the progressing of school year. The training period of 3.5 years were devided into two or three step. They were the basic training(lst year), the general technical training(2nd year), and the special technical training(3rd and 4th year). This study raised some questions in related with the technological knowledge education of the intermediate mechanician training in Korea : Is there any structuring concept of technical subject for the general insight into vocational and technical reality? Is it possible to introduce the product oriented organization of the technological knowledge?
